Roger D. Larson, MGA/HCA; Executive Director
Roger is a seasoned executive with experience serving people in many areas of human need. Roger is a graduate of Luther College in Decorah, IA and has a masters degree in General Administration/Health Care Administration from the University of Maryland University College. Roger moved to Maryland, from Iowa, in 1986 and has spent his career assisting organizations traverse the rocky trails of change. "For me, it has been my life blood. For most people, change is scary, but I have found well-thought out, planned change, that improves people's lives, happens best when people are a part of positive change and believe in what is changing." |
Rachel Kirby, Program Director/ Case Manager, Turn About Program (Email)
Rachel has been with ADI over 10 years. She came to ADI with a passion to help those less fortunate, with a desire to help as a paralegal (divorces, child support modification, notary, etc. ) but then her love grew stronger when she learned about the Turn About Program (TAP), which is now her home. She provides case management services for women returning to society by meeting their transitional needs. She helps women re-establish themselves by coordinating mental, physical and emotional services through therapy (inpatient and occasional outpatient treatment), self esteem, life skills, education and employment. She loves helping women help themselves. |

Jay Sherr, PharmD; Program Director, Civil Legal Program
Jay is the Program Director of the Civil Legal program. He has been with ADI in this capacity for over 10 years. He describes his time with us as his "second career." Although Jay is not a trained lawyer, nor is he expected to be in his capacity with us, he has learned a wealth of information about the court system in his time with us. Jay has a rich history in pharmacological endeavors, including a number of years with Johnson & Johnson conducting research.

Nelly Waribe, BS; Paralegal
Nelly was born in Kenya, Africa but has lived in Maryland since 2002. She graduated from UMBC in 2016 with a BSW. She found ADI right after graduation while pursuing legal jobs where she could apply social work skills. She was drawn to the civil legal program. Nelly says, "I have had the distinct honor of working as a paralegal for the only organization in Maryland providing pro-se legal assistance to individuals that are incarcerated. I'm proud of the work that we do here and will continue to support it for as long as necessary."

Victoria Armstrong, BS; Paralegal
Victoria (Vicky) has been with ADI for approximately a year, starting her time with us as a college intern. Victoria is a rapid learner, and due to the great influx of expungements in our service delivery system, she has become something of an expert in rapidly processing these challenging opportunities.

Antonia Wilson, BS, Paralegal
Antonia graduated from James Madison University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Justice Studies and minor in Criminal Justice. While at JMU, Antonia participated in several clubs and organizations that have helped grow her interest and experience in the work she does today. She volunteered as a mentor for Big Brothers Big Sisters, was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity, and was a student member of JMU’s Accountability Board. Antonia grew up in Palmyra, VA, and moved to Maryland after graduation.
